These offices are the global headquarters of Ziggurat, the company responsible for setting up and maintaining CitiNets across North America. The building is located in an impressive, curved skyscraper designed to soar above the bay and command attention. The Hanging Gardens is a residential area for employees slung on the underside of the building.[1][2]
Public access is limited to the occasional press conference.[1]
