Yaiba Tower is located in Kabuki, in the Watson district of northern Night City.
Overview[]
Yaiba Tower is a skyscraper located on Sutter Street in Kabuki. It is surrounded by residential buildings and, most notoriously, Lizzie's Bar. The abandoned edifice has a great view of the bridge to Japantown, as well as the Westbrook skyline.[1]
At some point, this office building was owned by the Yaiba corporation, with some of the floors also also used as a news outlet studio.[2] By 2075, however, no corporations were present here anymore, with the structure abandoned to the locals. A netrunner by the name of Kiwi used one of its top floors for some time.
Around 2077, fixer Regina Jones used one of the tops floors as her base of operations, reserving the whole floor for herself and her partners.[1]
If V saves Max Jones during Gig:Freedom of the Press:
- Max Jones will reluctantly rejoin Regina Jones's team, and take refuge inside one of the skyscraper's rooms.[1]

If you want to parley with Regina in person, you'll have to head down to Kabuki in Watson. Yaiba, the corporate skyscraper where she's located, is hard to miss - it's mostly surrounded by residential buildings (not to mention Lizzie's Bar, the club of the Mox). Regina conducts biz out of the top floor, which she has reserved all to herself.[1]
