Wu Chii Lee is a character in the Cyberpunk universe.
Biography[]
In Night City's Little China, Dr. Wu Chii Lee was a healer, priest, fortune teller and herbal pharmacist to his people, working from his own apothecary shop. He was known as a Feng Shiu[sic] or geomancer; a combination priest/doctor/psychiatrist who also told fortunes. Lee was married to Susan Anthony-Lee, and both had a son named Bryan. Unfortunately, Susan died in 2017 during a car accident, and Bryan was left blind.
In 2020, Bryan managed to regain his vision thanks to cyberoptics, and soon opened a martial arts school above his father's shop. During this time Dr. lee was well-known and respected by his peers for having his finger on the pulse of the district. Information flew like a stream through his hands, often directed by him to where it would do the most good. To most people, he seemed to be a simple herbalist who spoke only his native Cantonese. But if faced with an interesting problem, or shown proper respect, this facade was quickly done away with and he could be of great help. Sang Hoi Wan was a street performer and direct contact of Lee, sending him people if things ever got bad in the district.[2]
After the Fourth Corporate War, Wu Chii Lee, alongside the local population, moved into the Watson Development. By 2045, the elder man was still as influential as before, helping the Night City Asian community whenever he could.[1]
