Who Wants to Live Forever is a Main Job in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.
Walkthrough[]
As long as you surrendered Songbird to the NUSA during The Killing Moon or Somewhat Damaged, V will have the option of a cure no matter what they say during subsequent quests. You will receive a call/text from Solomon Reed, with the option to decline their help and end the quest; or accept their aid, leading you to the rooftop of Misty's Esoterica. A conversation with Johnny Silverhand will ensue, and afterwards the option to call Solomon will appear. This call option also appears during Nocturne Op55N1.
Journal Entry[]

Now, I can't claim to know what'll happen with you now that I'm gone, but if you don't mind my droppin' one last nugget o' wisdom on you as I go, it's this – no matter what happens, V, no matter how bad the bastards bitch at you, stay fuckin' true to your fuckin' self and no one else.
