Welcome Home: Northside is a apartment quest in Cyberpunk 2077. It was added in Patch 1.5 as part of the V's New Apartments DLC.
Walkthrough[]
After talking with Takemura at Tom's Diner on Urmland Street, you receive a text message from El Capitán that his choom Bob from EZEstates has some new digs for you to check out on their website.
After checking out the new EZEstates website in your current apartment, you see that there are four new apartments that you are able to rent. For the Northside Apartment you just need to put down 5,000 eddies through an online transfer or visit the apartment in person to acquire access.
The apartment can be found as room 1242 of the motel on Martin Street in Northside, Watson.

- Some want their home to be a perfect safe haven, their calm amidst the storm of bustling city life. An oasis of tranquility and harmony. But you and I both know oases don't come cheap. This apartment's for the rest of us.
- What does it offer?! Only everything you could possibly desire! You got four walls, a couple of windows, a bed, a desk and a private bathroom, choom! If you ask me, harmony arises from a lack of superfluous things, from a minimalist, cost-optimized way of life. Imagine unbolting and stepping out your front door to a quiet inner courtyard, the gunshots of those Maelstrom freakazoids fading to the soothing pop-pop-pop of bubble wrap. That's how Northside does tranquility.
