We Gotta Live Together is a Main Job in Cyberpunk 2077.

Walkthrough[]

The different Aldecaldos V must talk with to complete the optional objective "Talk to the nomads" are:

  • Dakota Smith (having a free weapons give-away in the center of the camp)
  • Saul Bright (in front of the terminal truck)
  • Bob Sagan, Carol Emeka and Teddy Simos (sitting at a table towards the west end of the camp)
    • After ending the conversation and getting up, stay and wait for the three to finish talking among them, or it will not be counted towards the objective.
  • Cassidy Righter (shooting at empty bottles at the southeast end of the camp)
    • V can join Cassidy's target practice; hitting 12 or more bottles prompts him to offer V his revolver, Amnesty. It is advisable to crouch and aim before Cassidy gives the go.
  • If their respective missions were successfully completed, additional characters can be found around the camp and need to be talked to for the optional objective (other than Jake, their respective dialogs are the same as before this mission):
  • On top of that, several unnamed Aldecaldos deliver unique wild lines when approached, but do not count towards the mission objective.

Journal Entry[]

I was gonna say that this time you'd have to go it alone, but it looks like the Aldecaldos've got some fight in them after all. Wonder what you see in them: a partner? Friend? Family? Something tells me sooner or later you're gonna have to choose one of the above, especially if it's thanks to them you get into Mikoshi.

Objectives[]

  • Follow Mitch
  • Talk to Saul
  • (Optional) Talk to Mitch
  • Talk to Dakota
  • Get in the tub
  • Talk to Saul
  • (Optional) Talk to the nomads
  • (Optional) Talk to Mitch
  • Talk to Panam
  • Join Panam when you're ready

Trivia[]

  • If the mission Fortunate Son was successfully completed, Jake Scooter will sit by the fire. V can ask what Jake is playing, who will then perform a unique acoustic guitar take on the music played during Pyramid Song, the final mission of Judy Álvarez' story arc. That song in turn is a loose play on that mission's namesake, the Radiohead song Pyramid Song. Jake's song cannot be heard anywhere in the game but at this instance. For the lyrics, see Jake Scooter.
  • The title of the job comes from the Jimi Hendrix song We Gotta Live Together.
