The Alvarado features surprisingly responsive steering thanks to its dual front axles.

— Alvarado V4F 570 Delegate, Cyberpunk 2077

The Alvarado V4F 570 Delegate is a vehicle manufactured by Villefort in Cyberpunk 2077.

Overview[]

The car has four doors - two large doors for the driver's area, and two smaller suicide doors for rear seat occupants. Its exterior is defined by its six-wheeled configuration.

Other exterior styling features include a single large headlight on the driver's side, a large hood ornament, and roof that is painted a different color than the rest of the vehicle. In the back, it has three full tail lights (two 'fin-style' side tail lights, and a light bar) which is rare compared to other night city vehicles. The rear wheels are partially covered by fender skirts. The Alvarado comes in convertible and fixed hardtop options.

As an executive-class car, its design is focused more on interior comfort than on practicality. Despite a relatively large size, the car features seating room for only four passengers in the interior. Each passenger has access to a cup holder and a suite of controls. The interior is accented with burlwood. Seats do not have head rests. Rear seat passengers each have access to a screen and built-in console mounted on the seatbacks of the front seats.

Under the hood, the car features a V-shaped engine with an unknown amount of cylinders. Each cylinder bank has its own oil fill cap, which indicates the engine has two oiling systems.[1]

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners[]

Maxim Kuznetsov chauffeured a black Alvarado for Mr. Tanaka, which was stolen by David and Lucy Kushinada.[2]

VILLEFORT ALVARADO V4F 570 DELEGATE (2044)

You don't ride in a Villefort Alvarado, you cruise in one. This boat of a car boasts an engine worthy of the street's respect. Despite its huge dimensions, however, the Alvarado handles well due to the double axles in front. Unfortunately, this innovative design is still fairly unreliable and requires frequent, sometimes expensive, maintenance. For many in Night City's underworld, the Alvarado serves as the ideal display of flashy luxury. The wide, syn-leather-upholstered seats also make cruising the city streets all the more enjoyable.[1]

Acquisition[]

It can be acquired from the AUTOFIXER netpage for €$38,000.

Known owners[]

Notes[]

  • An Alvarado Delegate appears on the front of the kitsch style poster, and in the Bushidō 3: Live Fast, Die Never cover.
  • Despite having four seats, the rear ones are inaccessible. Additionally, the rear doors cannot be opened, though the doors themselves can be detached.
  • While the Alvarado is depicted in Cyberpunk 2077 as having smaller rear doors, it shown with full-sized rear doors in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, making it a full-sized sedan.
  • Prior to Patch 2.0, when activated, the horn was barely audible. This was seemingly due to the sound source for the cars horn being placed too far away from the car itself, or improperly set up. Its original sound was the Mexican folk song "La Cucaracha", which could sometimes be heard in the distance coming from NPC-driven vehicles. After Patch 2.0, the horn has been fixed, though it has a standard sound instead.
  • Prior to Patch 1.5 it cost €$62,000. And before Patch 2.0 it cost €$39,000.
  • Prior to the introduction of AUTOFIXER, Sebastian Ibarra sold the car via a text message: "Greetings, V. I have an Alvarado for sale in excellent condition, sitting in Rancho at the attached coordinates. I acquired it from a Valentino who had so many enemies he barely got out of town alive. Still, he managed to sell me everything he owned, including the car. You can tell it belonged to someone who was vain, glued to his earthly possessions... but I must say, the purr of the engine is like music to the ears. If you want it, just say the word - and make the transfer - and it will be yours."

Trivia[]

  • The Alvarado may be named for Pedro de Alvarado, a Spanish conquistador and governor of Guatemala, as all of Villefort's cars wear the names of conquerors and explorers.
