The United Express Offices were located in the East Marina district of Central Night City.

This building was the Night City offices of United Express, located not far from the waterfront. Its rocket-red AVs were a familiar sight in the city. Captain Comet was the local dispatcher during the night, and was willing to help any friend of his.[1]
