Towa Manufacturing Type-14 Police pistol is standard pistol for patrol cops. NPA developed this gun to deal with an increases in foreign cybered-up criminals. Because it frequently kills or cripples non-enhanced criminals, the gun is feared by NPA officers as a "Blackmark Maker." Upon request from patrol officers, NPA began developing a non-lethal rubber bullet around 2018.[1]
It also standard autopistol for Japan's SDF soldiers. Officer version comes with smartgun system installed (WA+4, 820eb). 3 round burst or full-autofire standard.[2]
