Tong Laundrys[sic] was located in the Old Downtown district of Central Night City.
Overview[]
This laundry service provided linen and uniforms to most of the local hospitals and security firms. The old building the laundry was located in was a residential complex that was mostly boarded up, usually too hot, and smelly. Its residents didn't care what went on right outside their doors, so punks roughed house on the fire escapes or on the roof. Maelstrom was notorious for 'laundering' miscreants; a discipline applied by throwing them off the roof.
Kira Ysmain worked here as a launderer.[1]
