Tom's Diner is a restaurant located in Little China, in the Watson district of northern Night City.

Tom's Diner is a restaurant chain located in Night City, all known for their retro, pre-Collapse vibes. This one in Little China is the original one.[1] Owned and operated by Tom himself, it is usually open 24/7, and rarely closes. A giant neon burger sign that reads Tom's Diner is located on top of the small building, stylized after a long lost type of food joint that almost no one remembers. Inside, above a checkerboard-like floor, there are booths and tables, as well as stools in front of the counter.[2]
