Overview

Ticking Time Bomb can be unlocked at 20 Technical Ability after unlocking Pyromania and License To Chrome.

Unlocking this perk allows you to charge an EMP that hits nearby enemies after 3 seconds whenever you activate a Operating System cyberware (Berserk or Sandevistan) or Overclock. This EMP applies a Stun and deals damage proportionate to the quantity and tier of cyberware implants you have installed.

While charging an EMP, incoming damage is reduced by 50%.
