An obligatory addition to every country song, the car even has its own museum in the backwoods of Tennessee.
— Mackinaw MTL1, Cyberpunk 2077
The Mackinaw MTL1 is a vehicle manufactured by Thorton in Cyberpunk 2077.
Overview[]
The main differences with the Larimore are the addition of two double rear wheels and the lack of a canopy. The MTL1 is slightly shorter, and its front and rear differ too from the Larimore. Due to having two rear wheels, the wheelhouse is extended outwards.[1]
Database Entry[]
THORTON MACKINAW MTL1
The Thorton Mackinaw MTL1 is a staple, all-purpose vehicle. Solid, but not clunky - cheap, but not shitty. It's perfectly suited to city roads, where it's used by small and large traders alike, as well as the desert terrain surrounding the city. Its modest engine won't propel you to any crazy speed, but let's be real - you don't buy a pickup for racing.[1]
Acquisition[]
It can be acquired from the AUTOFIXER netpage for €$33,000.
Known owners[]
- V (dependent)
- River Ward
- Bill Jablonsky
Notes[]
- The one that V can obtain has license plates of SoCal.
- V's Mackinaw is seemingly the only MTL1 with just one set of rear wheels instead of two like the rest have. Albeit, they are wider than other wheels, but still less than other MTL1.
- The Valentinos variant has gang stickers on the dashboard and a memorial to a deceased member on the rear door.
- Prior to Patch 1.5 it cost €$128,000.
- Prior to the introduction of AUTOFIXER, Muamar Reyes sold the car via a text message: "Hey, got a Mackinaw waiting to be sold - you'll find it at the attached coords. Watch out for turns, cuz this thing drives like a fucking boat. It's almost like it WANTS to crash into streetlamps and pedestrians. Oh, and it's also a real gas-guzzler. Still, it's worth it for the kicks."
