Walkthrough[]
Approximately two days after the race in Santo Domingo, V is contacted by Claire Russell with the details for the final race starting on Pardey street in Charter Hill, Westbrook.
When V arrives at the starting location of the race, they contact Claire to inform them that they are there. On the phone, Claire asks V which vehicle they'll want to use for the race, and recommends that V picks a car that is fast, as the race will be a highway race. After hanging up, V leans against the wall and waits for everyone to arrive.
As V approaches Claire, they hear heated arguing going on, as Claire and Peter Sampson are butting heads. As soon as Peter spots V, he starts to antagonize Claire even more, and suggests that V should get out while they can, since Claire gets her drivers killed. Sampson continues to verbally attack Claire, claiming that her late husband got himself killed as he took on more than he bargained for and that his ego got the better of him. V, unable to calm the situation down, can do nothing but watch. Sampson gets in his vehicle and gets one more jeer from Claire before she storms off to the vehicle she and V will be competing in.
After starting the race, Claire wants V to stick close to Sampson so they can follow him. Two thirds into the race, Peter Sampson's car will get in trouble and has to veer off from the highway. Claire urges V to follow him.
If V decides to follow Peter Sampson:
- If V decides to follow Sampson, they drive off the highway only to watch Sampson collide with another car soon after, and get out of their vehicle.
If V decides they want to finish the race:
- If V wins the race:
- V is paid 5,790 eurodollars for winning.
- If V decides during the race they want to finish, Claire will get mad at them, claiming it was the one chance she had at giving Peter Sampson justice. After crossing the finish line, she will need a moment to cool off before wanting to talk to V.
- Once the two talk, Claire angrily asks V if it was worth winning the race over delivering justice to Peter. After talking, Claire departs.[Notes 1]

You know what I'd do if it were my call, but it's your hands on the wheel, not mine. You know... Claire's not so bad, after all. Kinda feel sorry for her actually. But like I said - your call.
