Overview

Terminal Velocity can be unlocked at 15 Intelligence after unlocking Target Lock Transfer.

This perk only affects Smart Weapons.

Unlocking this perk increases the projectile velocity and lock-on range of your Smart Weapons for 10 seconds after neutralizing an enemy. Can stack up to 3 times, with each new stack resetting the duration. All stacks are removed once the duration ends.
