Overview

Targeting Prism can be unlocked at 15 Intelligence after unlocking Target Lock Transfer.

This perk only affects Smart Weapons.

Unlocking this perk allows you to lock on to multiple locations on a single enemy, and allows for one additional simultaneous locked-on enemy with Smart Weapons.
