Studio City was a district of Central Night City, located to the southeast. It was considered part of the Nightlife District.
Overview[]
This district's architecture, similar to the neighboring Charter Hill, reflected the western styles of Seattle and San Francisco.[2]
Studio City was limited around the older flatscreen movie studio known by 2020 as Colonial Studios and its surroundings. Many residents of Night City considered the large studio facilities in this area a waste of space, thinking they should be moved elsewhere out of the city, but Colonial Pictures had a 50 year lease, and despite many corporations having plans for developing the area, the company didn't have any intention of leaving.[1]
The district also had a large CitiPark underground parking garage. NCTC bus connections to other parts of Central Night City were available through lines 17, 23 and 51.[1]
