Sovereign is an Iconic variant of the Rostović DB-4 Igla in Cyberpunk 2077.

Overview

Unlike the standard variant of the Igla, the Sovereign has a unique wooden stock and an engraving on the receiver.

Sovereign has an iconic modifier that makes it fire both of its barrels with one pull of the trigger, always dealing Crit Damage when hitting enemies within 2.5 meters.

Upon hitting an enemy in the torso, gain a buff for 6 seconds that stacks up to 5 times that increases movement speed by 3.6% and reduces reload time by 5% per stack.

Notes

• The stock has a carved illustration of a scene of a Buck in a forest resting, as well as an eagle with spread wings closer to the trigger. The engraving on the receiver appears to be florally inspired, with visible flowers and grasses on it when viewed up close.
