The Solar Arrays are located in the southern Badlands of Night City.

These inactive solar arrays can be found in the Jackson Plains region of the southern Badlands.[1]
History[]
The solar arrays of North California were shut down some time prior to 2077 with the last solar arrays in the NUSA shutting down in Nevada and Utah in 2077. Due to the extreme changes in the climate (most importantly the more frequent hurricanes and sand storms), caused by the layer of dust in the atmosphere as a result of the Himalayan Wars, has limited the amount of solar radiation hitting the surface of Earth. The damage caused was proven too frequent and costly to warrant repairs. The same reason has caused the majority of the Wind Farms in the northern Badlands to go defunct as well. CHOOH2 will remain the uncontested leader in the energy sector for the foreseeable future.[1][2]
If V has chosen to pursue The Star ending with the Aldecaldos:
- The Solar Arrays will be used as a meeting point for V and the remaining Aldecaldos before they set off to South California.
