Overview[]
Originally simply known as South Heywood, this area evolved during the 2030s to become a hub for nomads in Night City, eventually gaining the local name of Santo Domingo. By the 2040s, the nomad campsite on the southeastern part of the district had gained enough importance to heavily influence any decision in this area. In 2045, however, their power was beginning to wane. An independent candidate known as Theresa Valentino managed to won the city manager election thanks to the backing from El Norte Cartel.[1]
