Overview[]
The Sandevistan can only be installed at a Clinic at a cost of 500 eb, while a Neural Link is installed. It adds +3 to Initiative for 60 seconds, with a one hour cooldown. Only one piece of Speedware can be installed at a given time.[1]
It has a Humanity Loss of 7 during Character Generation, and a loss of 2d6 when installed later.[1]
