Romania is a country located in Central Europe.
History[]
Romania was hit hard by the Crash of '94 and the Mideast Meltdown without any time to recover first from its time as part of the Soviet Union. To prevent immigration into greater Europe, the European Economic Community gave Romania surplus firearms, gun-boats, and fighter jets and they waged a bloody war against immigrants.
After the immigration crisis had mostly concluded, General Alexander Popescu seized opportunity and overthrew the government, violently shutting down protests. He immediately began selling off all the country's possible resources to the EEC. By 2004, the EEC had control over the country and was content paying its workforce very little.[1]
Government[]
General Alexander Popescu runs the country, but the European Economic Community is who’s really in charge. His Black Troops were quickly dispatched to take down any threats to social order, of which there are many.[1]
Culture[]
Romania is the poorest country in Central Europe, with food rations or a new pair of shoes costing a month's worth of pay. Only those associated with the military are rich enough to keep themselves fed.[1]
