Rinse And Reload can be unlocked at 9 Cool after unlocking Focus.
This perk only affects Pistols, Revolvers, Precision Rifles, and Sniper Rifles.
Unlocking this perk grants you 10% increased reload speed for your next reload after neutralizing an enemy while aiming. This effect can stack up to 2 times. Stacks automatically reset to 0 when retaking your aim.
