Rhino is a character in Cyberpunk 2077.

Biography[]

In the early to mid 2070s, Rhino used to work together with the netrunner T-Bug, with whom she would do gigs in Coastview, until one of their gigs involved a client under the protection of the Animals. Their Fixer ghosted them shortly before Animals showed up at their doorstep, demanding to speak with T-Bug and challenge her. In her stead, Rhino volunteered to fight, and won.[1]

Now a member of the Animals herself, Rhino is the fist fighting champion of Rancho Coronado and trains at a former paint factory. V is instructed to fight her in order to become the champion. Rhino boasts that she has never lost a fight and is the only opponent to fight V for free as she only wishes to fight for fun and make a name for herself. She is a very powerful opponent who can take V down in about three or four punches. After being defeated, she will be shocked but will congratulate V on winning.

Rhino later appears at the Grand Imperial Mall to watch V's title match against a fellow Animal, Razor Hugh. She will wish them luck before the fight.[2]

How did I get into boxing? Hell, I didn't want it. Didn't plan it. But life wasn't 'zactly preem for me, so I took whatever I got. Couple of years ago I was taking gigs with some runner outta Coastview. What a team we were! Her brain and my fists – and we were never picky about jobs. We'd do it all and the fixers fuckin' loved us. Right up until we crossed the wrong guy. Client wanted something from someone under protection from the Animals. So a 'there will be consequences' typa thing. Fixer messaged us and poofed. Straight up ghosted. Then a few bouncers showed up – huge dudes, all asking who 'the brain' was. Couldn't let the runner girl take the punches and turn into a pile of jam, so I volunteered myself. Turns out, if you win the fight, you get to start punching for the Animals. Pretty sweet deal for someone like me. How'd things end up for the runner girl? Well, she always said she wanted to live fancy on some Greek Island... I hope that's where she's at. Least, I hope she got the chance to try.[3]
