Overview[]
Reconciliation Park is a large, tranquil park with lots of vegetation and recreational areas for the residents of Night City. Many citizens and workers from nearby offices go here to relax after a day of work, and is described as a place of repose amidst the bustling city. It is notably surrounded by gorgeous and elegant architecture.[1][2][3]
The westernmost section has a small terrace with trees and a few shop stands. A large forest occupies the rest of the park, with multiple paths allowing for a relative peaceful stroll. A small but sizeable lake takes up the northeastern portion, while what appears to be a segmented fountain area is found southwest of the lake. In the northern corner, right at the edge of the lake, there is a small outdoor restaurant. The southeastern section of the forest is stylized after East Asian plant life and architecture, contrasting with the rest of the park. This area contains a Japanese-style gazebo, a torii gate, and a pond. The northeastern border with Corporate Plaza has staircase entrances to the View, an exterior shopping mall named after its views to the park.
The homeless live in lots of places around Reconciliation Park, while the Valentinos gang can usually be found in it as well. Many areas are kept untidy and filled with garbage. The park's view of the sky is partially blocked by a couple of road bridges and the Lincoln Boulevard.[4]
Reconciliation Park was built at some point in the 2050s to celebrate and commemorate the rebuilding of the city — more specifically, the cleaning of the radioactive ruins and start of the reconstruction of the new Corporate Plaza in 2052, said to be inaugurating a new era of corporate harmony.[1][2]

- Its location and shape is reminiscent of the the old Lake Park, though there is no mention if both are one and the same.
- The southeastern section of Reconciliation Park is stylized after East Asian plant life and architecture. This may be a nod to Lake Park, as its southeastern section in 2020 was part of the Japantown neighborhood.
