History[]
This building were the global headquarters of the Raven Microcybernetics Corporation[1] and was built at some point between 2009 and 2013. During the Night City Holocaust, much of the building, if not all, was destroyed.
By the 2040s, Raven Microcyber had a new HQ located in the Glen.
Layout[]
The building was a mirrored, 70 story structure with a split level, divided circle architecture. There were no visible giant logos on the sides, but only a modest sign over the main entrance. The upper rooftop had AV-4 landing pads and heliports, while the lower one contained a small, landscaped park for employees. A parking lot occupied the basement of the building, while the loading docks were located on the back, opened to the exterior and below a cantilevered fence.
The bottom floors were leased office space to four other small cybernetic and technology companies — Klein Cyberoptics, Interface Engineering, Advanced Cyberpolymer Research, and Logan Engineering — that often did contracted work for RMC. While their common areas were public, the rest of the building was not, and there were strict controls 24/7. Other facilities included a general cafeteria, a surgery-capable infirmary, a company-owned general store, and sleeping quarters. While the majority of the manufacturing plants in Night City were located in the industrial parks on the outskirts and across the bays, there was a small manufacturing section in the upper floors of the building to complement the large R&D section.[1]
