The Randy Dandy is a passenger ferry and bar located in Flotsam, in Del Coronado Bay.
Overview[]
Owned by a sea nomad known simply as the Skipper, the Randy Dandy was a mobile bar built inside a passenger ferry usually moored in Flotsam, a drift town floating in the Night City harbor that could only be accessed via a boat (or swimming for the more daring). However, Skipper would occasionally approach the boat to the harbor to pick up important dignitaries when the bar was booked for nomad family meetings.
The Randy Dandy was the place to go to pick up harbor gossip or buy lots of salvage before it made it to the middleman in Night City. Skipper's rule over the Dandy was "don't start none, won't be none," and any disobedient customers were simply tossed overboard by her burly crew. Business was the general atmosphere at the ship, and Skipper made sure the eurobucks kept flowing.
Around 2035, Xiaolajiao was abandoned in Flotsam by a people-smuggler. The crew at the Randy Dandy took pity on the child, and decided to let her wipe glasses and tables for her keep. Soon after, Skipper semi-adopted her as a surrogate sibling.[1]

- The Blackbeard: This was the Randy Dandy's signature drink during the 2040s, costing 20eb per shot. It was a mixture of rum, ginger oil, and a squeeze of lime on the rocks.
