Poppy Farm is located on the southeastern Badlands of Night City.

Poppy Farm is an—at first sight—abandoned farm in the southern part of the Laguna Bend Reservoir area, where the Wraiths appear to be storing equipment slated to be smuggled across the border.[2]
If V chooses Poppy Farm during The Hunt:
- River Ward and V traveled to the farm in the hopes of finding Randy, however they were met with a band of Wraiths. Once they were defeated, River and V made their way to Edgewood Farm.[3]
