Pleasant Valley Apartments is an eight-story brownstone apartment building where rooms can also be temporarily rented for half the monthly rent. It has its own aviary and juice bar, and is located next to Mister Rice Guy. It has a reputation for Corporates renting rooms there for discreet meetings.[1]
