Pisces is a side job in Cyberpunk 2077.
Walkthrough[]
This side job is triggered by Judy's text message "Thank You". After some time Judy calls V to say that preparations to take over Clouds are finished, and she asks V to meet her, Tom, and Roxanne at Megabuilding H8 in the afternoon. The group reiterates the plan before taking the elevator to the maintenance level.
V's first task is to take out the three Tyger Claws roaming the maintenance level through stealth or combat so that Judy can access the megabuilding's subnet. V then takes a utility elevator to the roof to break into Hiromi Sato's penthouse apartment, which is patrolled by four more gang members.
Once the guards are dispatched, V must enter Hiromi's office on the penthouse's second floor. Maiko is waiting with three dolls as well as Hiromi and two Tyger Claws bosses, Marcus Ichida and Jun Azegami, all three of whom are viewing a braindance. When V questions Maiko about the unexpected presence of the two Tyger Claws, she reveals that she only went along with Judy's plan to arrange her own rise to power as Hiromi's replacement. The Tyger Claw bosses are there so Maiko can expose Hiromi's incompetence, gain their trust, and join the Tyger Claws herself. She is certain that without the protection of a gang, the dolls will be unable to hold onto Clouds by themselves and will be crushed. As Maiko wakes the bosses, V must decide what to do next: either side with Maiko in her negotiation with the bosses, or side with Judy and stick to the original plan to liberate the dolls.
If V sides with Maiko by declaring that Hiromi must be removed, the two Tyger Claw bosses accept her offer of a cut of the profits in exchange for giving Clouds autonomy, and Hiromi is executed. Maiko will thank V and offer €$ 12000 as payment, which V may accept or decline.
If V sides with Judy by declaring that Clouds is now independent or if V does not respond quickly enough, the two Tyger Claw bosses and Hiromi Sato will attack, forcing V to take them down. Maiko will scold V for ruining her plan, and depending on V's dialogue choices, she may be provoked into attacking V. If Maiko attacks, V can choose to kill or incapacitate her.
After the confrontation in Hiromi's office is settled, V must leave the apartment and take the elevator to the ground level to meet with Judy to discuss what happened.
If V sides with Maiko and accepts her money:
- Judy permanently severs ties with V over the betrayal and leaves Night City, locking out the Pyramid Song quest. It is later revealed that although Clouds no longer has a constant Tyger Claw presence with Maiko in charge, working conditions are just as bad under Maiko as they were under Woodman. Tom and Roxanne are unhappy with the situation, but continue working at Clouds.
If V sides with Maiko and declines her money:
- Judy is disappointed with being played but comes to terms with it, admitting that Maiko knows more about how to protect Clouds than she does. It is later revealed that although Clouds no longer has a constant Tyger Claw presence with Maiko in charge, working conditions are just as bad under Maiko as they were under Woodman. Tom and Roxanne are unhappy with the situation, but continue working at Clouds.
If V sides with Judy and kills Maiko:
- Judy is shocked that Maiko is dead. V can argue that it was self-defense and Maiko should have known better, but Judy insists that Maiko's death was unnecessary. Judy leaves, saying she needs time to process events. It is later revealed that the Tyger Claws retaliated against the dolls harshly and reclaimed Clouds. Tom is killed, Roxanne is forced into hiding, and Clouds is closed indefinitely.
If V sides with Judy and Maiko is left alive:
- Judy is pleased that V stopped Maiko's power grab and Clouds is now managed by the dolls. If V is female, Judy will also kiss V on the cheek before departing. It is later revealed that the Tyger Claws retaliated against the dolls harshly and reclaimed Clouds. Tom is killed, Roxanne is forced into hiding, and Clouds is closed indefinitely.

Trivia[]
- The job title, Pisces, is a reference to the song "Pisces" by the band Jinjer which is about the duality of man (as presented through the lens of a fish swimming up-stream only to be caught by a fisherman, gutted, and cooked), and the tragedy of the human condition which in-game refers to the duality of a doll's existence and the tragedy of everyone involved with Clouds.
Bugs[]
- It is also possible to loot the during dialogue if the player is close enough to pick it up, and uses the button to pick up an item repeatedly.
