The Petrochem Nuclear Power Plant is located in Arroyo, in the Santo Domingo district of southeastern Night City.
Overview[]
The power plant compound is surrounded by a tall fence and has a security checkpoint entrance in Republic Way. It has a large parking area in front of two of the three main buildings.
It is in close proximity to Night City Prison to the northwest and Megabuilding H6 to the south. A TV interview near the gates has a reporter asking the manager about the safety of the power plant, as there are rumors it is poisoning the surrounding neighborhoods.[1]
