Paco Torres is a character in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.

Biography[]

Paco Torres is a newly recruited member of Dogtown's BARGHEST. He is friends with Barbara Okoye. After his first mission, he stole from Kurt Hansen, and feared to be eventually caught. He asked V for help on how to deal with the situation.

If V says to frame Yuri:

Paco got caught and was executed. His decapitated body was put on display at The Needle to send a message. Since he decided to go alone to meet Yuri, Barbara survived.

If V says they should leave:

Barbara decided to stay behind while V smuggled Paco away from Dogtown. After a few days, V met with him, who gave the merc his rifle, Carmen, as a reward. He also mentioned he would be joining the Scavengers.

If V tells them they will ask their friends for help:

V called Panam Palmer to smuggle Paco and Barbara out of Dogtown, or called River Ward to provide a replacement for the stolen generators.
If V tells them they will get transport to leave Dogtown:
Paco and Barbara managed to get smuggled out of Dogtown after hiring the Aldecaldos. The nomads also helped them move to Kenya. As a reward, Paco left Carmen to V, and sent a photo after reaching Niarobi.
If V replaces the generators:
Paco and Babs managed to give the generators back, thus solving their problem. As a reward, Paco left Carmen to V. He also promised in a shard left for V that he would be more careful in any upcoming "opportunities."[1]
Paco and Babs attended Hansen's funeral at the Black Sapphire.[2]

PACO TORRES

A BARGHEST rookie who squeezes every opportunity that presents itself to the last drop. Extreme confidence combined with the naivety of youth have led him to try turning every situation to his benefit. And after? Somehow things will always work themselves out. Constantly on the move and full of "amazing" ideas, he fell into Hansen's bad graces almost immediately after joining BARGHEST. Since he acts first and thinks later, he likely won't learn much from his mistakes. If you're always one step away from a better situation, you have to take it, right? It's just logic.
