History[]
On October 17 2072, this NCPD precinct was officially disbanded by Deputy Commissioner Claudia Feldman — with the full support of Mayor Lucius Rhyne — after a series of violent protests around Pacifica, resulting in the district being recognized as a Combat Zone.[1]
At some point afterwards, BARGHEST soldiers led by Dodger turned the abandoned building into their base of operations in the area.
In 2077, V was hired by Stella Ramos to infiltrate the precinct in order to rescue her husband Bill Mitchel and his friend Charles Wilson, two NCPD officers who were under the thumb of Dodger.[2]

ABANDONED PACIFICA NCPD POLICE STATION
The NCPD exists to serve and protect one thing - statistics. The fewer the murders and assaults, the higher their praise from the mayor. The higher the praise, the fatter their bonuses. NCPD officers like to close the book on most cases as quickly as possible. They come across a dead body in a dark alley with multiple gunshot wounds to the head and torso, they call it a suicide. People die violent deaths in Night City every day, but rarely will the police classify these as "murder". The statistics at the NCPD station in Pacifica painted too grim (read: realistic) a picture, so the city shuttered it overnight. Today, the station serves those who never made it into official police statistics, but who are certainly more than deserving.[3]
