Effect(s)	Sets the enemy on fire, dealing damage over time. Tier 2: Uploading Overheat to an enemy already affected by it will extend its duration. Tier 3: Successful attacks on enemies affect by Overheat slightly extend its duration. Tier 4: Melts enemy armor over time (max −40%). Tier 5: Attacks on the affected enemy also deal Thermal damage equal to 10% of the normal physical damage. Iconic: +10% damage bonus to this quickhack's Tier 5 effect.

Overheat is a Combat Quickhack in Cyberpunk 2077.

Overview

A Tier 1 combat quickhack that sets the enemy on fire, dealing Thermal damage over time.

The Tier 2 variant extends the duration of Overheat upon re-upload of the quickhack.

The Tier 3 variant extends the duration of Overheat by 0.5 second each time the enemy is hit.

The Tier 4 variant causes Overheat to melt enemy Armor by 5% for each second it is active.

The Tier 5 variant causes attacks made against the affected enemy to also deal Thermal damage equal to 10% of the Physical damage inflicted by the attack.

The Iconic variant increases the Thermal damage bonus from this quickhack's Tier 5's effect from 10% to 20%.
