Oswald Forrest, also known as Woodman, is the caretaker of the dolls who work at Clouds in Cyberpunk 2077.
Biography[]
Woodman is considered the talent manager of Clouds, and takes care of problems such as "problematic" dolls. He is very comfortable with his ties to the Tyger Claws which has made him incredibly rude and arrogant. Many say Woodman has no empathy but he did once, and quickly discarded it after finding it useless.[1]
V encounters him while infiltrating Clouds to find out the location of Evelyn Parker. V has many ways of collecting the information from him, from bribing to threatening. Woodman reveals he sold her to the Ripperdoc Fingers after he could not help her. If Woodman survives V's interrogation, he immediately has V blacklisted from Clouds, even if V was polite and/or bribed him.[2]
After collecting Evelyn, it was found out that Woodman had repeatedly raped Evelyn while she was incapacitated and then sold her to Gerstatt when he was bored of her. Judy Álvarez and V can seek revenge on Woodman or choose not to. If the former is chosen, Woodman remains rude and unrepentant when confronted, dismissing Evelyn's rape as taking what he was "owed" for his supposed help, after which a fight ensues and he is killed by Judy and V.[3][4]

Clouds' very own "caretake" - Woodman (as he's called) is responsible for evaluating the dolls' performance and the guy who solves problems, including disposing of problematic dolls. A smooth operator with ties to the Tyger Claws - he's right where he wants to be.
Riciulously self-assured, generally rude and a smartass - some say Woodman was born without an ounce of empathy, but that's not entirely true. He has felt compassion - once - but didn't see any use for it. Still, people like Forrest are indispensable to greasing the might cogs of the porn industry machine.[1]

- If V has dealt with Jotaro Shobo prior to going to Clouds during or before Automatic Love, V can threaten Woodman about his fate and Woodman will immediately give them the information they seek.
Trivia[]
- Woodman is a reference to infamous erotic film director Pierre Woodman.
