Octavio Delgado is a ripperdoc who was his own clinic in the southeast edge of Santo Domingo's Rancho Coronado. It is lacking in medical equipment but better than nothing for the locals, and the ripperdoc within skillfully manages to work with what he's got.
Biography[]
The ripperdoc of the Rancho Coronado district can be found operating in the modest environment of Octavio's Clinic, not denying the obvious, should his customers point out the condition of the equipment he is managing. He admits that the clinic receives a lot of help from Mia, despite constantly reminding her of needing to put her health first, but it is obvious that he appreciates all the help he can get. He is also grateful for any services V may wish to employ since any and all business is of great help for the maintaining of what little they have.
