THE DOCKS
Located in the Northside Industrial District, the docks were once used as the city's port but are now controlled by Maelstrom. Every shipment that arrives at the docks has to be cleared with the gang. Given that most of the cargo is illegal anyway, it's easier to deal with Maelstrom and give them a cut than try to get rid of them.[1]
