Overview[]
Ever since the mid 2030s, the Heywood district had been mostly divided between a wealthier north, where the workaday residents lived, and a poorer south, which became known as Santo Domingo.[1] A security contract made 6th Street the official law enforcement for North Heywood. Among them, Davis Squad was the most notorious of the 6th Streeters keeping peace in the area.[2]
