Previously used only by elite Militech soldiers, its now available to the average consumer. The nickname is no accident - the peregrine falcon was once one of the fastest animals in the world, as this implant is among cyberware.

Overview

Can be activated and deactivated on demand.

While it is active:

• Time is slowed down by 70% for everyone but the user.
• Increases damage by 5-10%.
• Increases Crit Chance by 5-15%.
• Increases Crit Damage by 5-10%.

Neutralizing an enemy when this Sandevistan is active gives:

• 5% extended duration
• 10-12% Health

This Sandevistan has a base duration of 9-10 seconds and a cooldown of 40-30 seconds.

Acquisition

• Can be purchased from any Ripperdocs after level 30. Quality increases every 10 levels.
• Black Steel In The Hour of Chaos - Given to V if they reached out to Carol Emeka to help fight MaxTac.
