This model of Sandevistan doesn't exist, at least officially. Off the record, there's gossip of secret Militech Lunar labs producing covert cyberware. It was never meant to be mass produced, but an army would only really need a few pieces like this one to dominate their enemy.

The "Apogee" is an Iconic Sandevistan Operating System manufactured by Militech in Cyberpunk 2077.

Overview

Can be activated and deactivated on demand after a slight delay.

While Sandevistan is active:

• Time is slowed down by 85% for everyone but the user.
• Increases Headshot Damage Multiplier, Crit Chance, and Crit Damage by 15%. This is increased to 17% at Tier 5+, and to 20% at Tier 5++.

Neutralizing an enemy when this Sandevistan is active gives:

• 10% extended duration
• 22% Stamina

This Sandevistan has a base duration of 6 seconds and a cooldown of 30 seconds. The cooldown is reduced to 25 seconds at Tier 5+.

Acquisition

• Tier 5 can be purchased for €$118000 from any Ripperdoc after player level 40.

Notes

• The name for the Apogee's icon in Cyberpunk 2077's game files is cw_system_sandevistanedgerunner, possibly a reference to the model David Martinez obtained and used in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
  • David Martinez's model differed from the original Apogee, as it had been heavily modified by an entire division of the best techies on Earth. So much, that it had little in common with the standard version.
