Megabuilding H12 is a megablock located in Northside, in the Watson district of northern Night City.

- When located on the map, this building seems to be in Northside, very close to Waterfront's border. However, above the entrance to the building is its address: "AW930"—"Arasaka Waterfront 930." It is also painted in Arasaka's red and black; presumably the Arasaka corporation simply bought the building to house the massive number of employees needed to work the waterfront.
