The MaxTac Mantis Blades are functionally identical to the regular variant, except with blue blades instead of the standard silver. They also do not spawn at a Tier below 4.

Acquisition[]

Bullets - There is a chance they may drop from Melissa Rory if V attacks and defeats her after completing Bullets but before leaving the area.
Ending reward - During Black Steel In The Hour of Chaos, V must call Mr. Hands and hire the netrunner of his choice. Afterwards, accept Yoko Tsuru's deal and later inform Hands about the MaxTac convoy. Sometime after finishing Leave in Silence, Hands will call V and mention he has left a gift in their apartment.

Although Melissa Rory has the unique Higurashi 20-13 Mantis Blades, she will drop the standard MaxTac variant.
