The Marina FloatHomes are a studio apartment complex located in the Upper Marina district of central Night City.
Overview[]
Marina FloatHomes is a large houseboat condo moored off-shore in Upper Marina. Many of its residents are sports fans who enjoy the proximity of the McCartney Stadium, being able to simply walk there to watch any events.
A lot of the residents are low-ranking Ziggurat and Continental Brands employees who are aiming for a promotion in order to move to corporate housing. The inhabitants that cause the more trouble, though, have to be a large group of scavvers that can actually afford housing. Due to the relative closeness of the Old City Center ruins, high-earning scavvers flock to the Marina FloatHomes in droves, and many of them arrive at late night hours, injured, furious, exhausted, and most likely irritated as well, waking up anyone who is trying to sleep. Every once in a while, someone finds a dead scavver in their home.[1]
