Maggie Isley is one of eleven Cyberjunkies in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.
Biography[]
Isley is a former corporate biological engineer that went cyberpsycho when trying to reduce the addictiveness of the Scavengers' drug known as Phant in her self made lab at the Organitopia of Terra Cognita in Dogtown.
