Lucius Rhyne is a character featured in Cyberpunk 2077.

Overview

At some point, Lucius Rhyne was elected as a City Councilman on the Night City City Council. The Council was and still is notoriously corrupt. Rhyne was the one who convinced Arasaka to help Night City in the Unification War.[1]

By 2077 Rhyne was elected mayor of Night City. His office is located in the Glen in the Heywood District.[1]
