London is a city of contrast: of black-glassed highrises, smog-filled alleyways, and the flooded Combat Zone of East End.[1]
In 2077, parts of London were flooded, causing the Londoners to flee to Oxford, and clash with nomads living at a campgrounds and depleting their water supply.[2]
