The Lightning Cats are a gang featured in Cyberpunk RED introduced in the Data Pack sourcebook.

The Lightning Cats were a Posergang that attempted to Bodysculpt themselves to resemble cartoon cats, but ended up looking like burn victims with random patches of fake fur. The group then went into exile in the Hot Zone.[1]
