Kinetic Absorption can be unlocked at 9 Body after fully unlocking Wrecking Ball.

This perk requires you to use Blunt Weapons.

Unlocking this perk causes blocked attacks to give +10% Stamina and +30% damage with Blunt Weapons for 5 seconds.
