This bad boy burns through as much fuel per hour as you'd need to heat an entire megablock. And let's face it - it's big and ugly as a megablock, too.
The Bratsk U4020 is a vehicle manufactured by Kaukaz in Cyberpunk 2077.
Overview[]
The Bratsk is a second to none Soviet heavy duty truck. Built to haul extremely heavy cargo in practically any kind of terrain while also providing a smooth ride, it can get through practically anything provided there is enough space to accommodate its massive size. Its power and ability in off-road conditions makes it a popular choice with nomad clans, such as the Aldecaldos.
Bratsk's can be most commonly found in a 6x6 flatbed configuration but can also be found in an uncommon fuel tanker configuration. In the side job With a Little Help from My Friends a pair of Kaukaz Bratsks in a 12x12 tank configuration are also seen.[1]
Database Entry[]
KAUKAZ BRATSK U4020
The Soviets may not produce world-class supercars, luxury sedans or cozy family cars, but their military-grade vehicles are second to none. Anyone who has had the pleasure of sitting behind the wheel of a Kaukaz Bratsk can attest. This behemoth of Soviet engineering wields a gargantuan engine but, despite its enormous size, can be piloted smoothly in damn near any conditions with a tank in tow. The disadvantages? It can't fit on city roads... And it smokes like a tire fire.[1]
Notes[]
- Bratsks can be seen in 6x6, 8x8, and even 12x12 configurations, but only 6x6 variants spawn regularly as traffic. However, a 12x12 version as used in With a Little Help from My Friends can sometimes spawn in front of the Stadium in Dogtown. It can be driven by unlocking the vehicle with the "Take Control" quickhack.
Trivia[]
- The Bratsk seems to be partially based on a MAZ-537. Both share similar cab appearances and are similar in size. Both also share similar horsepower ratings and are notorious for the amount of exhaust their engines produce.
