A black and burgundy coat. It was worn by Yorinobu Arasaka during his youth, when he was the leader of the Steel Dragons.
Acquisition[]
- Can be found inside a cache in the bathroom of Yorinobu's Penthouse in Konpeki Plaza during The Heist.
